Main gate: The gate-door on wheels is a little bit fragile. Please open it carefully, and use it as little as possible. Please push it a little out from the wall before you open it slowly, so it doesn’t scratch towards the wall. We always park the car in the street around the corner. Use the small gate when you are going out with your bikes, and by foot.
Car: Please remain that the car is available for you on a free basis (except the fuel – please fill it up after and use DIESEL) NB: We don ́t take any responsibilities in case of damages or accident ! Insurance paper are in the sunshade at the window on the driver side. Please clean the car inside (remove the sand etc) before you leave. Follow the rules and speed-limits, if not it´s us who loose driving licens points. You are responsible to pay any fees which could occure.
Bed sheets and towels for the shower are included. But you have to bring your own towels for the beach.
After beach: After enjoying the beach with sand, and sea, the outside shower is at your disposal: it's refreshing water, very nice just in order to avoid too much sand and salt inside the house. Coming from the beach, we do recommend you to use the second entrance to get straight to the bathroom to avoid too much sand and salt all over! As you may see, we are pleased to welcomeyou in our "Trollinette" which we have filled with some of furniture we do praise: Thanks for avoiding wet, salty bath suits on it!
Electricity and water are quite expansive in France please remain to switch off lights when you are leaving the rooms.
Flowers and garden: It can be quite humid during the nights, please fold the parasol down during the night. If its raining, thanks for putting the parasol in the annexe. The blue and orange sun-chairs should be put in the annexe every night. Do you mind to water a little bit the flowers in the morning or in the evening from the water of the wheel? For this just put on the black button (switch it off with the red one after) of the pump in the annex small house, andtake water from theoutside tap of theshower. Thank youfor your help to keep the flowers alive ☺
Bikes, toys and beach equipment: You will find a lot of toys for kids and beach stuff in the annexe. Feel free to use it. And please try to keep it after in the boxes so the next kids who will arrive will be as happy as your own. The bikes have lived a long life, but work fine. Please try to repair the bike if you destroy one. Just put the bike in the car and drive to Noirmoutier. On the way to the city you find one repair-shop by the main road, or in the center of Noirmoutier. At least, let us know if you don´t manage to repair it. If you want better bikes, call: L´ile à vélo: or Vél’Hop . They deliever bikes at the door, and it´s not expensive.
Garbage: Separate containers for packaging and daily garbage. Remind to put the relevant container the evening before out in the street, close to the neighbour’s containers. Just see when and which container the neighbours put out in the street. For the glass boxes and bottles, just put it in the white boxes in the annexe.
