Unfortunately, this is the first time, we got this type of people in our property, trying to "solve" things outside Airbnb Comunity. I have to say I havent received a complain about the "problem" she apparently had until 10 days after the check out, this person sent me a (Hidden by Airbnb) message,accusing that somebody got in the apartment, 10 days after check out?. I offer she could file a complain on the resolution Center so AIRBNB will make a decision but she didnt. Unfortunately we can not avoid the review she made, but fortunately I have the captures of the (Hidden by Airbnb) message she sent out of AibnB trying to "Solve" and saying "this is not good for your rental and didnt want to raise it up at the Airbnb review, so she wanted to solve this privately. Honestly, if something like this happen to me, I would inform this immediately, not 10 days after checking out and wouldnt want to "SOLVE the problem privately and out of AIRBNB.
