Please read full bio :)
Our two-floor townhome apartment (2nd and 3rd floor of the building) in the historic Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore offers great access to the city highlights while providing a quaint neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of downtown city life.
The cozy bedroom has a very comfortable queen size memory foam mattress. Our lovely apartment is located within the tree-lined streets of the Bolton Hill neighborhood, a neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Baltimore. The common space includes a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, dining room area, kitchen, half bath on 1st floor, porch overlooking park, full bathroom (shared) on 2nd floor and a den for reading or studying.
You will be able to use our living room w/ TV, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer in unit (detergent included). Also have access to our nice sized porch.
We typically work 5-6 days a week and are home in the evenings. When we are home, we enjoy the company of our guests when they are available.
This is a great base to attend various events in Baltimore City, including baseball/football games, concerts, symphonies, plays, and more. We are less than a mile away from Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, 2 miles from Baltimore Convention Center, Camden Yards, and M&T Bank Stadium. We are located off of I-83 and are minutes from I-95. We are also walking distance from the Baltimore Light Rail System.
We channel just about all of the funds generated here back to the house, whether it is paying for utilities, cleaning services, or purchasing new furniture for all to use and enjoy.
***IMPORTANT*** Due to Nina and Erik working long hours, typically we will not be able to meet and greet our guests on weekdays until/around 7pm. We are much more flexible on weekends.
No pets or smoking allowed. Please be courteous during late-night hours. The place is a shared space so cleanliness is important; a clean apartment is a happy apartment :-)
We are a young couple that relocated to Baltimore from New Jersey a few years ago. One of us is a teacher for Baltimore City and the other is a resident at University of Maryland Medical Center. We love exploring this vibrant city, traveling to new places, and meeting new people.
