This fine example of a Quercy barn has been specifically converted as a holiday home, whilst keeping many of the original features. It has extensive private gardens, a large sunny pool and terrace, but is handy for the local baker, restaurant and bar. It is ideal both for visiting the large number of local attractions and just sitting by the pool and relaxing.
This 19th century converted barn has been superbly renovated and has the feeling of a real home. Situated in a quiet hamlet, close to some of the major historical sites in the area. This is an ideal place to be based for a touring holiday of the area. Close to Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Figeac and Souillac, the house is a centre for all of the best sites in the upper dordogne valley.
You will have your own self-contained house with private pool and gardens and, of course, unlimited free Wifi.
We will be around to clean the pool a couple of times a week and cut the grass each week, as needed. We are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
This house is quiet and peaceful, but close to lots of local sights and restaurants. It's a day trip to places such as the Millau Bridge, Toulouse, Bourdeaux and Limoges.
We trust you won't smoke in the house and will leave it as clean as you'd like to find it when you arrive. Our guests have never brought pets here; the garden is not pet-proof.
I'm a keen cyclist and tennis player. I've been living here for 15 years. I'm married to Kerrie, who's a keen runner and also a tennis player too. We both love travelling and have seen lots, but there's so much more to see. We prefer to travel independently, using AirBnb for a lot of our accommodation. We are largely self sufficient for our food and enjoy our different lifestyle.
