Our spacious flat is right in the middle of many unique bars, cafés and restaurants. The best breakfast in Xberg is 20 feet out your front door at Bastard. The available room is perfect for two people looking to have a fantastic stay in Berlin.
This apartment is absolutely beautiful. There is a lot of space, and it's very comfortable. There are two other bedrooms, and normally they are filled with my roommates, but everyone will be gone for the holidays. This means that there may be some other Airbnb guests in the two other bedrooms. It is possible that you could wind up with the whole apartment to yourself too. If you book for Dec. I'll keep you updated.
All guests have access to the shared living spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. There are two other bedrooms and one office that are off limits.
I will actually be on vacation during this time, so we probably won't see each other. However, if there is an emergency, Daniel, our landlord, will be here to help. He's very friendly, and you might see him around since he has an office in the apartment.
I've said that there is a dog, but that is only partially the case. Daniel, our landlord, has a dog that he sometimes brings in to the apartment. She's only here sometimes when Daniel is working in his office.
The house rules are just to be respectful of the space and any other guests staying in the apartment. House parties aren't allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, feel free to message me, and maybe we can figure out something. Smoking in the apartment isn't allowed, but there is a back door out of the kitchen where you can step out without having to put your coat and boots on!
