This 4-room apartment of 70 m2 in duplex and exposed to the East is located slightly back from the central square of the station des Orres 1800 for a quiet stay.
It is accessible from the main entrance of its building by using elevator 1.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with convertible sofa, a dining room - equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms including one with bath and a balcony with views of the resort and the surrounding mountains.
For sleeping, you will find a convertible sofa in 140x190cm in the living room, a double bed in 140x190cm in the lower bedroom, a double bed in 140x190cm and a single bed in 80x190cm in the first bedroom upstairs, as well as a double bed in 140x190cm and a second TV in the second bedroom upstairs, for a total capacity of 9 people.
You will be less than 200 metres from shops, snacks and restaurants, but also from the ski slopes, and in the summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
The residence:
Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs.
Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.
There you will find modern and pleasant accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.
Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.
The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.
