This spacious couple-friendly and family-friendly apartment is a lovely hide away in the splendor of the Museum Quarter. Right next the Vondelpark, the Concertgebouw and the Museumplein, it is easy access to some of the best attractions of Amsterdam.
This is a spacious apartment with classic high ceilings of 3.5m. It's perfect for couples or for families, particularly as it is just a few steps away from the Vondelpark. There is a large living room on the entry level with comfy sofa to hang out on. Next to this there are two bedrooms. One large master bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony looking out to the trees and gardens, and one small bedroom with washbasin. On this floor there is also a toilet.
Downstairs is another large living room with a TV and a dining table. This connects to the kitchen with basic appliances. There is a full bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. We also have a washer and dryer that you are free to use.
You have access to the whole apartment with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. You do not have to share this apartment with others.
Either my mother or I will welcome you and give you the key. We'll also give you instructions on where to leave the key when you leave.
Generally we leave guests to do their own thing, but we're more than happy to help if you have questions. We'll also leave you a list of nice places to visit, exhibits, and restaurants.
If you are interested I can provide you with one pass that gives you access to most museums.
To manage expectations, we would like to emphasize that this is a very spacious and comfortable apartment, but that it is basic.
In essence we're very relaxed about the apartment, but we do have a few rules that we are not flexible about:
* No parties
* No other guests except those registered for Airbnb
* No smoking (neither cigarettes nor anything else)
Normal check-in and check-out times:
Check-out 11:00 am.
Check-in before 21:00 pm.
