Lee's place was perfect for our month stay in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The apartment is on the quieter side of the island village and not much retail in the immediate area ... which made for quiet nights and great sleeping. Easy walking access to the full island village from the apartment and plenty of free parking just outside or across the river in the parking area. The boule-a-drone right across the river made for fun afternoons watching the pétanque players. The village is centrally located in the Provence area, so visiting other villages and towns in the area was quite easy and convenient. The apartment itself is just as the pictures show. It is definitely a studio apartment and bathroom is on the small side, but we found it to be perfect for us. We'll be back!

What a cute home in an even more adorable town! Lee's home is exactly as described and photographed. It's not too cramped for two people. We loved being walking distance to the town market, the restaurants, and grocery stores. The home is also a short driving distance to surrounding cities for touring, hikes, or wine tasting. Lee really takes care of her guests: The home is close to ample parking, has a working washer and dryer unit, dishwasher, blowdryer, great Wi-Fi, and a Chromecast. The kitchen amenities were plentiful, and we were able to stay in one night and make dinner. We really felt at home when staying in L'sle Sur la Sorgue. Two nit picks are that the bathroom is directly at the foot of the bed, and the door doesn't close all the way, which does not provide for much privacy. Also, the shower water splashes out, so we had to use a towel every day to mop up the excess water, which was a bit of a pain. However, these are small bumps in the grand scheme of things. We would definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in L'isle Sur la Sorgue!
Hi Sejal, thank you for your lovely comments. We wanted to let you know that the bathroom door has been corrected so it closes properly. It seems that the adjustable door stopper on the overhead slide rail had moved to the left due to previous guests sliding it closed with a little too much force possibly, consequently, the door was overshooting the frame, leaving the gap that you mentioned in your review. We have repositioned it now so it is as it was meant to be. Thank you for letting us know.

We had a lovely time in Isle sur la Sorgue. The studio size apartment is on the river and close to town. A little noisy with traffic and people on ground level. We were well informed about key and how to get into the apartment. The guide book informs one on how to operate stove, washer, e.t.c. It would be helpful to have more info on where to buy groceries and perhaps a bigger map and more info.on town. All in all a good experience.

Our stay at Lee's place was great! An entire booklet of specific information for guests was perfectly put together with detailed instructions for everything! Thank you! We had such a lovely time, from the moment we walked in to the day we left. Loved the well appointed decor, and modern bathroom, though tiny, but perfect for two! Exactly as shown in photos! Bed was so comfy, and the kitchen wonderful for making our evening meals in house. Location proved to be perfect to get out and take a stroll through the center of town during the day right from the apartment. Also great for day trips, which we did to Chateauneuf du Pape and Calanques. Would love to return in the future! So much to see and do nearby!

Wonderful apartment within walkable distance to very tasty restaurants. The place was adorable, very clean, and obviously well cared for. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

The unit is conveniently located about five minutes from the main hub of the town with the shops/restaurants, but is away from a lot of the traffic. It's also right across from one of the streams, which was relaxing to sit next to and dunk our tired feet. We were also glad with our choice to stay in the town, as it's large enough to have a lot of shops/restaurants, but isn't so busy that it was painful to get in/out of with a car -- and it's central to a lot of the other areas you'll want to visit. The pictures are accurate -- it's a small unit, but it works for two people and is really clean. We also appreciated the booklet that the owners left on how to operate the appliances, the wifi password, etc. Lee is probably the most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure to work with -- we did not meet in-person, but his communications were extremely prompt, polite and helpful. We also appreciated the flexible check-in/check-out, as it made it a lot easier to not have to coordinate such a specific time of arrival when you're traveling by car and things can change so easily along the way.
We've placed a fan in the apartment now. Thanks for the head's up!

Wow what a fabulous place. It's exactly as the pictures show. The river/stream was was lovely and a great place for a cold dip on the hot days in July. The village is wonderful and just a minute away to walk. We became friends with a few of the locals at a nearby cafe, despite only having basic French. Great restaurants and cafes everywhere. The Cafe de France is the best place to sit with a beer and people watch with the Town Church opposite. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back even all the way from Australia
