Annemarie & I would like to welcome you to our flat in the center of Edinburgh. The nearest fringe venue is 3 minutes by foot!!
By foot, we're close to so much:
5 mins: Nicholson Street - buses, shops, cafes
10 mins: Royal Mile
16 min: Princes Street
...also: Arthur's Seat, The Craigs, Dynamic Earth, Parliament, Holyrood Palace
The flat has two floors with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Your room includes wardrobe space, a full length mirror, a bedside cabinet and reading lamp.
Guests will be sharing the flat with us and will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas. Please feel free to help yourself to our tea, coffee and milk; see the house rules for more details. Fridge and freezer space is available (on request) for your use also.
We both work full time but will do our best to help you and point to our favourite restaurants.
As we are both working office-hours arrivals during the week are (most of the time) only possible after 6pm. During the weekend you are likely to get the room from 1pm.
Feel free to ask if you want to arrive or leave at another time, some days we're more flexible and you might be lucky. :)
Please enjoy your stay and help others to do the same!

I'm from Australia and live in Edinburgh with my partner Annemarie. I love Edinburgh's friendliness, constant festivals and closeness to nature. I work for myself in the IT biz and when not working, I eat, dance, skate (various kinds), cycle and eat some more :)
