Modern 3 bedroom apartment with excellent facilities and panoramic views of both the mediterranean sea and surrounding landscape.

Located at the top of Monte Pego, this penthouse apartment has access to a semi-private indoor and outdoor pool, gym and spa facilities. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard, with washing machine, dishwasher and modern kitchen facilities.

The apartment is neighboured by La Boheme restaurant ((website hidden)) and a bar, just a stroll away at the neighbouring Bella Vista Hotel.

At the bottom of the mountain, you can find excellent beaches (Denia, Oliva, Los Deveses) all within a 15-30 minute drive.

For those interested, the Kite Surfing conditions at Playa Oliva are amongst the best in Europe.

There is a rustic Spanish town Pego, just 5-10 minutes away by car with a beautiful church and excellent dining in the central square.

Nightlife in Summer is amongst the best in Spain with Javea, Denia and Gandia all within 20-30 minutes drive and Ibiza a ferry ride away.

The apartment also boasts a large private terrace with stunning views of the mediterranean ocean and surrounding rolling landscapes.

Happy to help with any questions by email or text. Property is fully managed by BellaVista staff and they will handle apartment cleaning, key transfer and check in/ check out. After 17.00 hours bar staff can handle check in with prior notice of late arrival up to 21.00 hours.

Guests will benefit from a car rental which should run about €15-20 a day between the travelling party. With a car can explore nearby Gandia, Javea, Denia, Rafol d'Alumnia and Pego for culinary delights, exquisite beaches and a plethora of water and beach sports. At the foot of the hill is some of the best Kite Surfing (Playa Oliva) and really clear and beautiful sandy beaches (Playa Deveses).

1/ L'appartement : +/ Il correspond aux photos, la vue est magnifique (soleil couchant), la chaleur n'est pas trop présente dans l'appartement (nous n'aimons pas trop utiliser la climatisation), le soleil "illuminant" la terrasse seulement en fin de journée. -/ Il est cependant sous équipé, si l'on compare aux appartements voisins, eux aussi en location (ces derniers ont des prix inférieurs). A noter : absence de mobilier dans les salles de bain, peu de mobiliers en terrasse, deux canapés du salon qui "perdent constamment de la poussière" provenant des coussins (poussières toxiques ?), matériel de cuisine "vieillissant". Ces éléments méritent d'être changés avant toute nouvelle location ! En cas d'amélioration, l'appartement deviendra alors optimal. 2/ La résidence : Belles prestations, trois piscines, sauna, hammam, petit bar, le tout est très agréable et propre. Les occupants sont respectueux, aucun problème de ce coté. 3/ Le propriétaire : Très accessible (par email), il a toujours répondu à nos questions et demandes, tentant d'apporter des solutions (immédiates) : - Pas de Wifi ? connectez vous sur la wifi de la résidence. - Pas de chaînes espagnoles sur la TV de l'appartement ? allez voir la TV dans le bar de la résidence... En l'absence de BBQ, il m'a demandé d'en acheter un petit, qu'il m'a immédiatement remboursé. Merci à lui pour son dialogue.

I would like to thank Juan for his feedback as this will help me to improve the apartment for future guests. There is some sunshine on part of the terrace in the morning but mainly in the afternoon and evening. If other apartments are cheaper it could be because mine is three bedroom whereas some others have two bedrooms. Also my apartment is far superior to others as it is a Penthouse apartment which has better views and is much more private and not overlooked. I intend to add more equipment as suggested by Juan. I will also be replacing the existing settee with a brand new one very soon. I do have wi-fi for guests in the apartment so not sure why my guest could not log in to it but it is fully functional and I will leave clear instructions on its use for the benefit of future guests. Regarding the TV, there is a Freeview satellite box connected to it which has a number of channels so unclear why my guest could not receive channels in Spanish. Perhaps the channel list is limited as it does show some channels in English and in Spanish but not all of them. It was useful for the feedback for which I thank my guest, Juan, who I would welcome again. Earlier I had provided an umbrella for the dining table on the terrace at the request of a previous guest.

El apartamento es superior, amplio y situado en un lugar privilegiado, con unas bonitas vistas a la costa y al parque natural, alejado del ruido de las ciudades. A 15 min de la fantastica playa de oliva. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Muy recomendable.
