Studio apt. detached from main house, separate entrance, very private, bathroom&kitchen. Under canopy of huge oak trees, lots of hanging Spanish moss, reminiscent of true South. Unit equipped with large TV, great stereo, CD's jazz & classical, etc.
Very private and quiet, surrounded by tall oak trees with lots of overhanging Spanish moss, very Southern. Inside is cozy and warm, furnished with shell inlaid furniture from Far East, chair and wood flooring, queen bed is medium firm, very clean. Indeed, place is like an oasis in the middle of the city.
Parking: No parking on driveway, but plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.
As much as guests need or as little as required. The guests can call the number listed on the airbnb website for any assistance or emergency. Easy departure on final day. Just leave key and close door behind you. Kindly turn off a/c or light when not in the apartment.
During guest's stay we do not go inside the unit, except for any emergency or unless specifically requested. Apartment is supplied with coffee and tea.
No smoking inside unit, smokers need to smoke out in the deck. Occupancy not to exceed 2 adults. No pets. Check in: 3 pm, check out: 10 am. Will work with guest on any reasonable request so long as request does not run into conflict with another guest checking in or out on same day.
Check in procedure: Site manager is on hand 24/7 to meet you and hand you the key. Just call or text for estimated time of arrival.
