Big apartment perfect for families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchend, large living room with sofa-bed. Wifi connection included. Great location!
On the first floor of a charming building dating back to the year 1900, the apartment has 2 large and bright bedrooms (one with 1 king bed and one with 2 twins beds to be joined if needed) overlooking the green and peaceful inner courtyard. The living, with a 3 seater sofa bed (comfortably sleeps 2 adults), TV set and a dining table for 6, is perfect to spend some relaxing moments chilling out with your family and friends. And if you'd like to experience home-made Italian cuisine, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal! There are 2 bathrooms: a full bathroom with bath tub, bidet and double wash-basins (that I love, definitely useful, especially with children!), plus a smallest service bathroom with sink, wc and washing machine.
In the kitchen, oil, spices, sugar, coffee and, in the bathroom, soap and toilet paper are always available.
Children are welcome: toys, books and other amenities are available for them! :-)
The apartment is decorated with original elements of Italian design by Artemide, Flos, Kartell, first among everything the Arco lamp by Castiglioni, for me absolutely a piece of art. Talking about art, you will find on the walls pieces of Italian art of the 70s, of painters such as Franco Sarnari, Renzo Vespignani, Giosetta Fioroni, Giuseppe Uncini (these artists were the topic of a recent exhibition at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome).
I'll personally take care of the check-in to meet my guests, providing some useful information about the neighbourhood and in general the city of Rome!
Cleaning Fee (€ 60) and city tax fee (€ 3,50 per person per night) are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the apartment. The amount will be paid in Euro and in cash upon arrival.
The city tax (€ 3,50 per person per night, max 10 days) is NOT included in the listing price and will be paid in cash during the check-in. Please, contact me for more information!
In the interest of peaceful coexistence with other people living in the building, we request that any loud noise be avoided and that the volume of your TV/stereo be kept low in the afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, and after 10:30 PM.
This is a SMOKE-FREE apartment.
