This is a ENTIRE HOME/APT, not just a share room! This apartment is located at the residential / urban district of eastern side of Hong Kong Island, just next to the MTR Sai Wan Ho station. Most importantly, you can see the Victoria Harbor view overlooking the Kowloon East. A true 28 square meters (300 square feet) space comes with a real double bed, and a single DAY BED, a hot shower bathroom, an open kitchen with gas stoves with simple facilities, working desk, bedding linen and towels provided, etc.
My listing comfortably fit maxium 3 people stay.
The nearby has a PARK, shopping mall, and a few walk step to MTR station. If you also enjoy a nice harbor view at the roof deck. There are lifts from the ground floor to the condo, no struggling of luggage up the stairs.

My English speaking "helper" will give her best assistance to all your needs, but please understand that she is not the hotel staff, they are not concierge staff, so please do not treat them as such, and we kindly ask you to be polite with her.
But if you prefer privacy, I will stay invisible during your stay.
My helper will come one times a week (if stay over ONE week and only if you requested) in the afternoon to do simple clean up.

This is a self-catering & self-service type of property. I designed and furnished this apartment to give warm and comfortable for my own usage during my stay in my city.
So respect the property as much as you can and make it clean for next coming guest, the next guest might be YOU!

Apart from that, we just ask you to respect my apartment in the same way as you would respect your own home.
HOUSE CLEANING : We will provide a FULL house cleaning every time before check in. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 25/cleaning.
NO SMOKING : It is STRICTLY no smoking inside the apartment.
SAVE ENERGY : And if you could turn the air conditioning and lights off each time when you leave the apartment, to help us look after mother earth, that would be great too.
LATE CHECK OUT and EARLY CHECK IN: We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.
The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
