We offer you very comfortable rooms in our home and we strive to make your stay happy and special! We offer additional bedrooms for the same group though a "special offer", typically at an addl. $30.00/night. We are in a great location!
We love our house and location so much that we have lived here since 1986! Now we are able to share it. Our warm, comfortable and well-maintained home is situated among tall pine and fir trees, while just a stones throw from so many wonderful amenities! You will love it!
We offer a comfortable main floor bedroom, adjacent to a full bathroom. In addition, we recently remodeled a large daylight basement room. (We may be able to also offer some additional bedrooms if needed for a special situation)
Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown and 2.5 miles from the University of Oregon, we are also just two blocks from the popular Woodfield Station (29th and Willamette) shopping area.
We share our home with Rosie, a gentle golden retriever.

About 2 blocks from the 29th and Willamette shopping district featuring almost anything you want. There is a wonderful grocery, restaurants, three great café’s and more!
Wayne Morse Family Farm park – a wonderful 30 acre natural oasis in the city -- up the street just over a block away!
Amazon Park, featuring a great outdoor pool and a popular jogging trail is less than a mile away.
Bus service (Lane Transit District) is on Willamette Street just over a block away and is served by multiple bus routes.
Just ask! All things are possible. We could even provide you with the use of an outfitted picnic basket.
Breakfast: not guaranteed but don’t count it out either!
Tea is always available (hot water on tap!) and we have an espresso machine that you might talk Richie in to using!
Of course we will print your boarding passes!
Kitchen for and most anything else a guest needs. Just ask!
You can use our kitchen for basic light use but it is not for catering or constant or large-scale use.
As much or little as the guests desire. Sometimes we hardly see the guests and other times it's warm and friendly!

If you have a car please park on the street in front of the house. It really should be safe. If you are nervous because of something valuable in the car (including a bicycle) it's OK to bring it in -- we have lots of storage space available.
Richie and Linda are your hosts We have been living in Eugene since 1974. Richie is retired from Planning and Community Development work and is now a part time instructor at the University. Linda is a successful Realtor. As fellow travelers, we know what great hospitality is all about. We know the community very well and can assist you with all of your needs. You will be comfortable here!
As far as hobbies go, Richie is an avid bicycle rider and plays volleyball. Linda loves to sew quilts in her spare time.
