This is a pretty bare bones place. You get all the things you need but it's very much a place that was acquired and maintained only to be rented out on Airbnb. Location is pretty central so you won't have trouble getting around and the host has the checking process locked down and very easy. However, should you need anything out of the ordinary (like a fan because it's raining heavily and over 90 degrees overnight), the host isn't in Paris to help. I will say, she's flexible with leaving your bags and items after check out and very responsive. I travel to Paris every other month for work and have staying in some amazing places for only around 10 euro more per night. Fine for 1-2 day stay but if you're looking to stay longer or for business, keep looking.
