The apartment is just yards from the award winning blue flag beach and with wonderful access to Bournemouth, Poole and Purbeck so you’re guaranteed a wonderful holiday!
The apartment will be professionally cleaned ready for you.
Bed linen and 4 towels (bath and beach) are included. Please let me know should you not want the linen or towels.
A key security charge of £115 will be taken at the time of booking which will be refunded upon receipt of keys.
Car parking is available on the driveway and is now subject to a permit system sufficient for one car. The permit is in the flat and further notes available in the welcome book in the flat. Please do place it on your dash-board as soon as you arrive There is also an exclusive single lockable garage you are welcome to use to keep your car or own bikes in.
We have made available to guests;
- bicycles [4 teen]
- Body boards
- Various beach toys.
Sorry folks but no smoking in the apartment and no fluffy pets please!

The apartment is situated very close to Midway Path. There is no public parking in the area so its just like having your own beach!
The Haven Hotel (great for a drink) is a 2 minute walk where you can watch the boats come in and out of Poole Harbour.
Also Rick Stein restaurant opened in December 2015 is a place to people watch and you may be able to book a table...if you book far enough in advance!
