This is a peaceful double room located in the heart of Brighton on sea front. It is available for 30 days. The appartment also has a bright and airing living space and spacious kitchen for use. Other tenants are in mid 20's. Rent - £350 inc bills.
Even though the flat is located right in the heart of Brighton, it is very peaceful and quiet here. It is located just of St James Street so it is very close to the sea front, shops, restaurants and bars etc. The room is fully furnished, it has space for clothes and the bed is very comfortable as it has a brand new memory foam matress!
You will have access to the Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom. The living space is bright, airy and cosy. There is large dining table with 6 dining chairs and a more cosy seating area with coffee table, arm chair and sofa. The kitchen is spacious with an abundance of useful kitchen equipment. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen which you will have full use of. The bathroom is bright and has a bath and shower.
There are 4 other tenants here and we are all in our mid twenties. We like to spend time together in the evenings over dinner but this isnt something you have to be involved in if you'd rather relax on your own. We like to keep a tidy and clean home so we all make sure that we tidy up after ourselves and this is something we'd expect from a guest staying here for the month aswell.
My partner, Dan, and I moved to Bristol 2 years ago after living in Brighton. I'm counsellor and potter and Dan is doing a PhD in sociology.
We love socialising, cycling, music, yoga, gardening, thinking, creating adventures, cooking, eating, friends and family.
As hosts, we are easy-going, friendly, and welcoming. We want our guests to have a relaxed and enjoyable time, and always try to achieve this.
As guests, we are friendly and respectful - we enjoy getting to know new places and new people and are clean and tidy. We are fairly independent when exploring new places and relaxing at the house but we also enjoy spending time with hosts where there is the opportunity. We travel a lot and travelling is an important part of our lives. We're used to staying in all sorts of spaces lots of different places!
