My place is close to the charming 30th & University area of Northpark. If you enjoy great food and a casual, hipster vibe - this is the neighborhood you want to be in San Diego! It's a modern, comfortable home in a fun, trendy, central neighborhood. The outdoors space, comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen will help you enjoy your time at home. Staying in a private, single-family home will help you to really feel like a San Diego native. Its 5-20 minutes from all tourist attractions.
My home in North Park is well laid out in that there are several distinct areas where you can hang out: the living room, the dining room and the back patio. So, if you're in a big group, it makes it easy to spend time together or break out into smaller groups and have private moments even though you're in the common area.
You have access to the entire home and yard. Additionally, you can access the Weismuller Pool at the Lafayette Hotel 1 mile away with a $20/person pool pass.
We will have minimal interaction but be available to help with anything, including advice on site seeing, restaurant tips, and more!
I live about 15 minutes away and am excited to setup my 2nd Airbnb in my hometown of San Diego. I started with Airbnb 2 years ago with my home in South Florida, which is where my corporate office is. Since then I learned what it takes to be a SuperHost and am excited to make this home even more welcoming and cozy.
We finished furnishing it with brand new furniture and linens Nov 2016. So everything is wonderfully fresh! We've made this family friendly by adding a pack 'n play Feb 2017.
I look forward to hosting you!
- Cats are not allowed. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval.
- Children are welcome, but my two homes have been furnished with care to make a lovely place for you to visit. Please do not let children eat on the couch or rough-house.
-6 Bikes are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. If you choose to use them you (a) accept full liability for their usage and your safety and (b) must lock the bike frame (not wheel) to something sturdy (like a pole or bike rack). Bike theft is rampant in San Diego so this is crucial. If a bike or bike accessory is lost or stollen during your stay you will be charged $100-$250 depending on which bike is lost, $20 for a basket and $25 for a lock.
从2017年12月26日 - 2018年12月28日起最少住宿1晚。
My husband and I live in San Diego and I commute to my second home in Florida for work once a month. We love to travel including snowboarding trips, beach destination trips and especially trips outside the US. We have 2 homes that we share with other Airbnb community members - our home in South Florida and one in San Diego. In South Florida I stay in my attached studio when guests are there. It has it's own entrance so guests can enjoy the rest of the house with complete privacy. In San Diego we rent the entire home out year-round as we live in a 3rd residence in the area.
