Very well located, in spacey, clean, vintage apart with wi-fi, this super comfy room, with private balcony and queen size bed is all yours. Also share with me a practical, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, living room and back deck.
Tucked in a typical 1920's building, the main entrance door, shared with my lovely neighbour living just above, gives right on a great block full of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The apartment has 12 Foot high ceilings, lots of cachet and it feels nice and secluded.
*I provide clean sheets and towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
**The room windows gives on Mont-Royal Avenue, a relatively busy street, but since the apartment has been renovated recently, the noise insulation is quite good.
You will be welcomed to use the kitchen to prepare meals, to keep your drinks or groceries in the fridge, to make coffee in the morning with the French press, etc.
You can do laundry if you'd like, I provide the detergent.
You have access to the bathroom of course, with a shower and a claw foot bathtub, where you will find a hair dryer and toilet paper among other necessities.
The living room is a great place for you to sit with your laptop, have a glass of wine, read a book, unfold your city map an plan your next day.
The back deck is also a nice place for you to kick back or have a meal out when it's warm enough.
The front balcony is all yours.
