We tend to do our own thing, but are happy to suggest places to go and things to do. You're also welcome to join me or my partner at various art events, shows, plays, concerts, talks, etc, if we're heading out we'll let you know. Vegans, vegetarians, meat-eaters are all welcome, just let me know ahead of time of any food restrictions, & if you'd like to share meals, or if you're happy doing your own thing. I don't serve breakfast, but there's toast and cereal, and two great coffee shops and a bakery with delicious breakfast pastries close by.
I work 8–5 most weekdays, and my partner works 6–3:30. We're very flexible if you want your own space.
I usually have a bottle of wine around, and there's an ashtray outside for smokers (expect to meet the neighbours if you do!). On weeknights, we appreciate quiet after 11 p.m.
No cable, but there's a tv to watch Netflix on in the living room.
The basement is creepy and messy and floods every spring, so please do laundry at your own risk.
Recycling is under the sink.
No drugs in the house, please.
I'm new to this, so if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions, please let me know!
Come and go as you like, but please be quiet after 11 p.m. weeknights. Smoking allowed on the stoop only, no pets (except hypoallergenic small dogs with a deposit).
Please tidy after yourselves.
Hi there! My name is Lindsey and I'm looking forward to hosting you.
I work at an art gallery as a content coordinator, and also work as a freelance designer. I keep myself busy with volunteering, making, baking, going to live shows, art openings, and more. Have questions about the creative/cultural scene in Saskatoon? I'm happy to answer them!
I also share the space with my boyfriend Chad, who is a musician/electrician, and an amazing cook! If you are passionate about vinyl, have a love of experimental music, like to drink craft beer, and go to live shows, you'll get along amazingly ;)
