Demian was an excellent host. He was not present to hand deliver the keys and arranged for his friend to deliver the keys to us. We briefly met Demian on our exit date and he appears to be very mild mannered and trusting. He was responsive and accommodating to our needs as well as knowledgeable of the city because he is a local. As for the listing description and the photos, they are spot on in accuracy. What Demian did not mention that we appreciate the most is the convenience of his flat. His place is very central to everything especially since the train is 100m away. You can walk to three grocery stores within 1 minute walk. You have the convenience of all the transportation right at your doorstep (train, tram, and bus). His place has a nearby Café Bar Nordbrücke (yelp it-high reviews) which we only went once but it is super popular. Bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and anything else you may need (you name it); you will most likely be able to find it near Demian's flat. His place like any other place will have its own nuances. For instance, you may need to change the electrical tube at the circuit breaker every now and then. You may hear noise level out at night from the bar, but it's usually on weekends. Shut the windows and you will be fine. However, if you grew up anywhere else in the world then you wouldn't even consider it a problem. Swiss culture appreciates quietness and their standard is much higher than most countries. We were never bothered by any noise level. His internet was excellent as well. We had one issue with it for our month's stay. All we had to do was reset the connection. Lastly, he has a cool balcony which we rarely used and I'm sure anyone would appreciate.
