The iconic Congress Hall building is right in the buzzing heart of the city. It offers a unique blend of historical charm and contemporary urban style and a stay is guaranteed to add a dash of something special to your Perth visit.
The three level warehouse style townhouse has a private entry as well as a carbay in a secure and covered parking area. Double French doors lead from the lounge and kitchen to a private internal courtyard where cascades of falling ivy create a tranquil escape from the bustling city outside. The apartment is filled with art, interesting furnishings and other decor items of note.
The historical Salvation Army buildings were opened in 1899 with the sole purpose of bringing comfort to those in need. Close to a century later they were converted into warehouse apartments by renowned Western Australian architect Brian Klopper. You now have the opportunity to make them your heritage home in the heart of the city during your visit to Perth!
Guests at Congress Hall have 24hr access.
The house is yours to make your own, I won't intrude on your privacy but I'm available 24/7 to assist you with any queries or help you out whenever you need.
I run one of Perth's most respected entertainment companies that produces Perth's largest annual festival and runs an outdoor cinema over the summer. If of interest to you, I can put your names on the door!
The only real rule to the house is respect. It's a special house and I hope you'll enjoy it. There's no smoking inside but you can smoke in the courtyard outside. Any requests or queries, just let me know. Thanks!
