We are a family of three who love our house, our neighborhood, and Seattle. Recently we lived in New Zealand for two years, in 3 different fully furnished houses or apartments, and while we were there we traveled extensively, so we stayed in a lot of vacation rentals belonging to Kiwis. This means we are really used to taking care of other people's things. When we are away from our house for extended periods, we are happy to share it with others, and we hope you will be good about taking care of our things. Our latest out-of-country trips have included going back to NZ for a long visit, to South Africa, Costa Rica and Shanghai. Closer to home we love to visit Portland and Vancouver if we are doing an urban adventure, although we would just as likely be found camping or backpacking. We are a New Yorker and a Californian who have lived in Seattle for 23 and 27 years, respectively, and our son is a true Seattleite. He gets hot when the temperature is over 75. Cheers.
