Easy access to almost every train line. 5 min walk to 2,3,4,5 and the Shuttle which connects you in under 5 min to the C, B, Q lines.
We are looking for serious inquiries only. Our home is a beautiful and amazingly spacious spot in the center of Franklin Ave! If you know Brooklyn, then you already know Franklin Ave is the place to be. Williamsburg without pretentiousness, tourists, or expensive drink and eats. Not to mention that you have almost every train within a 5-10 minute walk and aren't dependent upon the ever unpredictable L train- I'm talking, 2,3,4,5,C and the B,Q via one stop on the Shuttle. The area is growing fast but still has roots in sustaining a community culture where everybody knows your name or at least doesn't forget a face.
You also know that within a 10-15 minute walk down Eastern Parkway you will pass not only people sitting on benches eating ice cream or enjoying the sunlight, but the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Museum and arrive at Prospect Park- which of course has the largest stretch of green in all 5 boroughs. Bike Paths, Organic Grocers for your picnic, and lots of grass to stretch out on when you have an off day...that's Prospectpark.
Bar after Restaurant after Coffee Shop after Bodega after Grocers after Vintage Stores, that's Franklinave, and that's where your room will be, directly in the heart at Sterling Pl and Franklin Ave.
Now for the apartment. 2.5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, so it is spacious, clean, has lots of indirect sunlight, cool roommates and all within a there's not that whole 10 units in a building thing. Oh yeah, and utilities are included, and yes there is an A/C and unit controlled heat in your room. And because it's 2015, wifi should just be a thing right? So yeah, there's wifi too!
As a host I also live here, with another roommate in the .5 bedroom (think office space that has been made into a little crashpad temporarily. We are down to earth, quiet and respectful of the neighbors and each other after a certain hour, and on days off enjoy cooking, watching TV or movies, playing games or being out at one of the many haunts on Franklin Ave.
We are actors so if we're not in a show we bartend haha! And I happen to work in the neighborhood at a new beer garden so you can always stop in for a pint and unwind.
