Paradise awaits you in our family oceanfront condo. Sip your coffee in the mornings on the balcony and margaritas into the afternoon and evening. (No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. You're on vacation!)
Our home has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. We have 2 roll away cots which can provide sleeping arrangements to allow for a maximum occupancy of up to 6 guests. The roll away cots work well for kids but may be a bit uncomfortable for adults.
You will have access to all the amenities listed. Additionally, there are community BBQ grills you are welcome to you (you would need to supply your own charcoal). Regretfully, we do not have a grill on our balcony nor are they allowed.
The water to the unit is drinkable. Additionally, we have a water dispenser.
2 night minimum stay required when booking the weekend.
3 night minimum stay required when booking a weeknight.
Smoking is not allowed and strictly enforced.
No glass containers allowed in the pool area or beach.
We are unable to make accommodations to allow pets.
Must be 25 or older.
Maximum occupancy is 6 (this includes infants, toddlers, kids, adults, and the ederly). If you arrive with more than 6 guests, we cannot accommodate this and your stay will be denied. This is a strict rule. If you have questions, please contact me before booking.
Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm. If you are interested in booking but need to check-in outside of these times, please inquire with me before booking.
We are a family of four living in the Phoenix, AZ area. Kim is a (recovering :-) engineer and now runs the family business. She is an avid runner and has a passion for learning new skills. Dan is currently an engineer for a high tech company in the valley. He enjoys tinkering and is very handy around the home. Any and all spare time is spent trying to keep up with our two crazy boys.
We've used Airbnb ourselves and have stayed with over 20 hosts in 11 countries and counting! We are now ardent followers of the community concept and wonder how we ever traveled before Airbnb existed.
