The villa has an open plan kitchen, and doors in all the rooms connecting to the terrace. the decoration is light and clean, and the location is very clever, close to 2 nice beaches and with restaurants, supermarket and bus stop nearby. Ideal together with Villa Nova 1 for 2 families travelling together. You enter the villa in the living room, which is bright and spacious and has a fully equipped open plan kitchen. through a corridor the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom can be reached. All rooms have doors to the terrace. The whole bottom level of the property is for the exclusive use of the guests of Nova 2. Up one level is Nova 1 with 3 bedrooms. The parking, gate and access stairs are shared.A host is present when needed, but no-one stays at the property. Kanapitsa is a popular area, it was the area where the first villas were built. It is a very green peninsular, with a lovely varied view all around. walking around the peninsular is a wonderful trip, and offers a good view of all the different sceneries. There is a bus stop at a few minutes walking distance from the house. The bus goes to town and to all the beaches, with last stop being Koukounaries. From the beaches, water taxis go to town, making the trip over the water fun and easy. To fully enjoy the island you may want to rent a scooter or car for part of your stay, but it sure isn't a necessity to enjoy your stay. The villa is not very suitable for people with mobility issues.
