Tyrolean Village is beautiful village situated on Lake Jindabyne and is 5 mins drive from Jindabyne. It is a quiet area with great access to the lake for swimming, fishing and boating. There are many walking and cycling tracks that can be accessed from the apartment. The ski resorts are a 40 min drive and in summer it is a short drive to access many other walks in the Snowy Mountains.
A car is essential to get into Jindabyne and to access the mountains. Public transport is very limited.
The apt next door Unit 6 - "Fantastic views, modern warm apt" is also bookable through Airbnb and offers 2 families the opportunity to holiday together but in separate units. Nightly rates vary depending on the season and the number of nights. The minimum number of nights varies depending on the season, school holidays and other bookings. There is a reduced weekly rate.
Due to the varying time that guests arrive, in general Jennifer makes arrangements with guests to access the keys. Park your car in the garage underneath unit 5 and walk up the stairs to the unit. Check in time is 2pm but can be negotiated with owner. Check out is 10am to allow for cleaning. ( this can be varied dependent on incoming guests)

Due to varying arrival times owner to meet guests or make arrangements with the keys. There is a car parking in the garage under the unit which is accessed from the Caribou Apartment driveway access.
I also book the apartment next door, providing an opportunity for 2 families to holiday together in separate adjoining apartments and their own arrangements. Apartment is listed under

There is a reduced weekly rate equivalent to 6 nights. eg 7 night rate for high season is $1360.

NO PARTIES No Pets No Smoking inside. We ask that the property is left tidy on departure & rubbish taken out. (Currently no cleaning fee is charged). Please put used sheets, pillow cases and towels into the bathroom.
Recycling bins are the 2 yellow lid bins and collected on a 2 week cycle. General rubbish is in the large skip behind the brick wall near the driveway. It is collected each Thursday.
