This is a 34 square metre, prewar spacious studio flat that belonged to one of Warsaw artists - he lived and worked here and the vibe is still visible.
It has very high ceillings and original wooden floor and it is located in the posh Mokotowska Street within 5 min from all worth seeing places: Saviour Square (called "Hipster Square"), Sejm, Royal Baths Park, Ujazdowski Castle as well as other museums, theatres and all famous bars and restaurants.
This is a 32 square metre, spacious studio flat located in the prewar block in the heart of Warsaw, suitable for maximum 2 persons.
Flat is fully furnished and comprises the following accommodation:
- large bedroom with double bed, wooden wardrobe from 1980s., and leader used as shelves and blank balcony (there is only a balcony window but you cannot step outside)
- bathroom with bathtub and shower
- separate kitchen with table for 2 and all modern conveniences including hob, fridge, kettle but excluding dishwasher and oven
Flat also includes: iron, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and glasses.
Bed linen and towels are provided at no additional cost. Quilts and pillows are included.
It is on the 1st floor. The studio is a completely separate, self-contained flat. Although it is located in the one of the main streets in Warsaw, the entrance is through the inner courtyard so you won't get the sounds of the streets at all :)
As I travel a lot you will have the flat for yourself, however there will be some of my stuff.
