Incredible architectural details await you in this fantasticly spacious 1-bedroom near the intersections of Pico and Robertson. My private one bedroom, is your private one bedroom.
LOCATION: Just south of Beverly Hills (you could say "adjacent"), north of Beverlywood, 15 minutes from Santa Monica/Venice, 30 min from LAX, 15 minutes to Silver Lake.
Busable to both UCLA (720 and BigBlue Bus) and USC (105, 733).
NEIGHBORHOOD: Beautiful treelined streets. One of the most walkable areas in LA. Starbucks, local grocers, middle eastern and asian restaurants all within half-block of apartment. Situated between two big blvds, La Cienega, and Robertson, along Pico.
AMBIANCE: Old Hollywood apartments like this are hard to find in LA. The tile in the bathroom is vintage. There's a nook in the living room that used to house a Murphy bed. There's even a milk door! I love it and I know you will too!
ABOUT YOUR HOST: I'm a single lady and work alot. I dont spend alot of time in the apartment and so there isnt alot of wear and tear. That said, I have nice stuff! I think you'll really like it here!
PETS: Nope. I dont have them and sorry cant host yours.
PARKING: There's not a garage space, but plenty of street parking. This neighborhood has a reputation for not having enough spaces, but I have a few hiding spots that work for me and if you stay, I'll be happy to share with you!
Depending on schedules, I may not always be there in person to meet any new guests. However, I like to be in easy texting communication with guests primarily on check-in and check-out days. If necessary I may need to pop into the apartment from time to time to check on things, but am sure to give plenty of notice.
Make yourself at home! You can use the towels and sheets provided for you. You're welcome to use anything in the apartment. I ask that you dont use the closets, but there's ample places to lay out your suitcases.
Anything in the fridge is fine for you to enjoy, just please note what you've taken so I know what to replace.
No TV or Internet in the apartment (boring I know), but there's a Starbucks down the street to get internet.
