- All guests must contact us before making a booking. We reserve the right to cancel, without penalty, if guests fail to comply with our house rules.
- Guest Agreement In accordance with this rental agreement, the resident agrees to the following conditions: 1. Guests agree there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the property at all. If there is any smoking damage, including odors, or cigarette butts left anywhere on the premises or street, or if the neighbors are disturbed resident risks losing some or all of his/her deposit. 2. Guest agrees to maintain the premises in a clean, orderly, and lawful manner. 3. Upon vacating the premises, the guests agree to leave the premises clean and as upon arrival. 4. Guests agree to use their best effort to turn off the lights and appliances when not in use. 5. The resident agrees to vacate the premises by or before 11 AM on the check out day. If resident continues to occupy the premises after this time without written approval of the owner or their manager, resident agrees to pay additional rent at the owner's discretion. Should it be necessary to legally evict the resident, the resident agrees to pay all costs related to the eviction in addition to the above hourly rent. 6. Guests agree to occupy the premises in quiet consideration of the neighbors. 7. Guest agrees to make no alteration to the property. 8. Guest agrees to pay the full cost to repair any damage caused by the guest and his or her family and guests. 9. Guest agrees to pay the replacement cost equal to the retail value of any missing household items, including linens, cookware, furniture, and audio‐video equipment. 10. Guest agrees not to have any animals on the premises without prior approval of the owner. 11. Guest agrees not to sublet any portion of the property. 12. Guest agrees that the number of people occupying the residence shall not exceed the number of guests reserved for unless otherwise arranged. 14. Owner is not responsible for any illness or accidents of any kind that occur during the stay anywhere on the property of the above address. 15. Owner shall have the right to enter and inspect the premises at any time if they suspect an emergency. 16. Guest agrees to carry out all check out responsibilities or risk additional cleaning fees. 17. Guest agrees to park in consideration of neighbors. 18. Guest agrees, owner is not responsible for their personal property. 19. Guest agrees, excess sand in the home will incur and additional cleaning fee.
We are happy & easy going professionals loving life in Venice Beach. We work hard, love to have a good time and enjoy life with friends and family. We like to cook meals at home as much as dining in the delicious local restaurants in our neighborhood (and there are many).
Biking, surfing, yoga, paddle tennis, going to movies and dancing in Black Rock City are just a few of the things we might be doing on our free time.
