The ground floor has a comfortable living/dining area, a full galley kitchen, and utility room with washer/dryer. The upper level comprises a spacious bedroom with queen bed, a study nook, ample closet space, and bathroom with large tiled shower. The upstairs entry door opens to a private multi-level brick terrace with a view of the bay.
In addition to the main entry, there is a separate upper level entry which opens to the brick terrace.
This cottage stands apart from the main house and provides privacy and quiet. It has it's own reserved parking area as well.
There is a minimum 3 night stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee.
We expect our guests to be clean and responsible during their stay and to leave our home as they found it on arrival. Guests may be required to sign a Rental Contract which they can review prior to booking. Guests should be respectfully quiet in the later evening hours as there is an adjacent rental on the property of the house.
