Incredible light and space in this 2200 square-foot seaside, two-story condo. The open floor plan and loft-style living room and game room with 16 ft windows make the condo ideal for families or groups – plenty of room to entertain, relax and enjoy your stay!
Only ½ block to one of the best beaches in LA! Enjoy a daily walk on the Venice Pier for sunsets and checking out the surfers up close. A main strip with tons of restaurants, shops, surf lessons, bike rentals, etc. is only 3 blocks away. The condo is fully equipped with wifi, premium cable, BBQ, pool table, games, fireplace. We also have a fabulous central air conditioning system which is rare in homes near the beach.
There are two secure, gated parking spaces for your use.
The loft game room has a pool table, darts, board games and a tv.
There are two outdoor spaces – the upstairs patio with tables & chairs and another balcony right off the kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and a hammock.
For convenience the condo has a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and includes dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pots/ pans, dishes, starter spices and a wine fridge. We provide shampoo, soap and conditioner.
Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, large atrium-windows with a seating to enjoy the view. There is a full bathroom just outside the door.
Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom, tv and a sliding glass door to the outside.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs – it has two king-sized beds, a tv and French doors leading to the upstairs terrace. Just outside the door is another full bathroom.
The game room has a full-sized futon that can be pulled out for sleeping.
Certain weekends and holidays have higher rates and/or minimum stays – please inquire. Additional fee for groups larger than 8 people applies.
Our automated check in process makes your arrival a breeze. We also have a local property manager who will take care of any needs that may arise during your stay.
This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer and 2 parking spaces in the gated garage.
This home is built for fun but you must respect my neighbors in this close-knit community. The vast majority of our guests are kind and respectful and understand how to have an amazing time without imposing on our community. However, for those who don't, we have established a strict set of rules. Any complaints due to noise, rude behavior or people in the home in excess of those designated will result in fines.
Cars may only be parked in the 2 spots designated for Unit 4 Penthouse.
This is a non-smoking house - no smoking allowed. Do not throw cigarette butts off the balcony.
No pets allowed.
The side deck off the kitchen closes at 10pm nightly.
Owner and Agent of the Owner reserve the right to enter the property at any time as deemed necessary due to rule violations or emergencies.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
Holidays might have longer stays required.
