I have a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 Bathroom townhouse. I rent out the 3rd Floor Bedroom. It has a bath and shower in the room. I also rent out the room on the 1st floor on airbnb under a different listing and have been for 5 years see the reviews. I'm not around that much but im open to conversing if the guest wants. I try to give guest there privacy but while you are at my place you have access to the living room/refrig/balcony etc...make your self at home!!!!!!
I have a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 Bathroom townhouse. I live in the home as well but work most of the day except for weekends. I would rent out the 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor. It has a bath and shower in the room, closet, 50inch cable t.v., refrigerator, microwave, and cpu desk.I provide towels and linen.
The home is located in a predominately College student area near Clark, Morehouse and Spellman. Downtown can be seen from the front door and is about 1 mile away. Very close to our train (marta) a 2min walk to the station. Near the Georgia Dome, Phillips Areana, CNN Center, Georgia Aquarium, World Congress Center and the Underground and a Walmart has just open that is 6ft from me. Behind Walmart Supercenter
You would have full access to the 2nd and 3rd levels which includeds the guest room, the kitchen, living room, balcony and there is on street parking.
I do have the room on the 1st floor on airbnb as well but rent them separately because often times I have two people who want to travel together but not share a bed. The room has to be booked separately but has the same amenities.
I realize being at someone place can be a little unsettling but I really want people to feel at that means if you want to pop popcorn and watch a movie in the leaving room, make coffee at 3am, grill on the patio at night and drink wine im cool with that.
20% of the time I'm actually in the house. I rarely see the guest. Sometimes I get really cool guess, sometimes people just want there space which im fine with. I have went to basketball games with some of my guest and dinner but often times I never really get a chance to meet them if our schedules don't line up.
If you are arriving from the international airport, i would suggest you take UBER or the train to my home. Please read the house manual to see the wifi code and key access.
No pets or smoking in the house. Please put in the total number of guest that will be staying including yourself.
