Beautifully done, quiet 1BD/1BA in duplex off Ski Run Blvd in S. Lake Tahoe. Apartment has recently been remodeled and ready to enjoy! A nice, open backyard is great for relaxing, drinking coffee or having a cocktail in the afternoon sun. My property is within walking distance of eateries, beach, hiking and more, and just a short 5 minute drive to Heavenly ski resort.
My property is a 1bd/1ba apartment (duplex) with lots of light and newly remodeled. Queen sized bed with down comforter. Coffee and tea are provided, as well as the use of spices and pantry items. Travel size toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be provided for your stay as well. The open backyard is great for relaxing and gets quite a bit of sun in the afternoons. It is best suited for 2 people, but considerations will be made for a 3rd party-couch would serve as a bed.
I generally have a 3 night minimum, however, in the off season October/November, April/May I am happy to consider requests for 2 nights. Just send me a message and we can discuss it!
I don't have a television in the apartment-In addition to being totally un-tech savvy (how does that remote work?) I hope that your time spent here in Tahoe is full of outdoor activities, exploring the area, decompressing and relaxing indoors while enjoying each other's company. I'm happy to provide books, puzzles, cards and games!
The property is a front and back duplex, your apartment is the back with a large open yard and open lot without neighbors behind. Please be conscientious of the long term tenant in the front-quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am, no loud music or yelling. PLEASE shut the front door quietly when entering and exiting the property, do not slam the door.

Newly installed bear box (behind the mailboxes) is the only place to dispose of trash. Please take your garbage to the outside bear box at anytime during your stay and especially when checking out. Thank you!
Please be respectful of neighbors, no parties or meetings. Quiet time in effect from 11pm-7am. Parking is on the far left side of parking pad (where pathway leads to gate of the apartment) There should always be room for 3 cars in the driveway. No smoking or burning of candles inside, smoking outside allowed. Please do not dispose of (food) trash or waste in outside garbage bins, due to large bear and raccoon presence in the Tahoe area. Please empty fridge of all food items, leave all (food) trash or waste in garbage bin inside, and cleaners will dispose or it after checkout **Please take all garbage to the street on collection day, if you are staying through or checking out on a Monday** Wash and replace any dishes used upon checkout.
Do NOT slam the front door when entering or exiting to respect the long term tenant in the front unit.
No extra guests over the maximum limit of 3 people.
While I love animals, there are no pets allowed at this property!
A long time resident of beautiful South Lake Tahoe, I love this town and the lifestyle it affords! Swimming, boating, hiking, beach volleyball, and snowboarding are just a few of my favorite activities. I also love to travel the world whenever possible, and enjoy opening up my home during these times so others can experience the beauty of Tahoe!
