Hello Javid, thank you very much for your review. However, to be honest i feel very frustrated from your point of view. This is a summer villa, that my family and I spent millions to build and years of hard work. Moreover, the villa is getting painted and renovated every year. Most of the furniture and appliances are brand new and these you call ''dated or old'' other people call them Antiquities, which by the way are very very expensive and worth thousands of Euros. Since i am an airbnb traveler as well, for me booking and paying for a villa, which is furnished with ''IKEA'' just to look nice and trendy, would be the number one reason to complain about the interior.
Now regarding the location and the area, which are two different things. The area is a normal touristic area of Athens suburbs. It has an extemely long beach, most of it sandy, a lot of beach bars and restaurants on the beach. Nothing more than a guest would expect for his/her holidays in Greece, as you correctly mentioned above. The location of the villa, i do not think that needs any extra commentary. My professional photoshoot and photos from my guests(which i will upload to the listing) are more than enough to explain its unique location.Also, as everyone can see, i have uploaded 42 pictures of the villa, which are more than enough for an airbnb listing(80% of the properties worlwide have max 25 photos), in order to avoid any misunderstandings and give my guests a real image of the place they are going to stay and spend their holiday.
Now a few words about the distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Most of my guests are not hiring a car, firstly because transfers within the area cost about 5 Euro and secondly because a) Nearest Grocery store - 6 mins walk, b) Nearest Eurospar supermarket - 14 mins walk, c) Nearest coffee shop - 6 mins walk, d) Nearest restaurant 10 min walk (all these times are according to (Hidden by Airbnb) maps). However, other guests hire a car because they like to travel around Athens and visit different locations. This is a thing that i specifically suugested to you by the time of your booking, which was 2 months before your check in. I also offered to arrange a car for you from the car rental store at the same exact time of your booking and be helpful as much as i could. I also did the same thing when you came here for your check in and asked me for a last minute car hire. I really wish all my efforts had some good impact to you. I appreciate the nice words you said about me in your review, however i need to be honest and truthful and say that i was very disappointed from your overall review and rating. Firstly, because i do my best for my guests to have an excellent time and secondly because i do not appreciate guests that are complaining all the time and ask for discounts for almost everything. I can not believe that you couldn't find any good thing to say about the property, as plenty of other guests did(in other websites as well), apart from ''exterior is fine''. I do not expect my guests to say only the best things or lie about my villa, but at least i expect them to also think about host's point of view and outweigh on a truthful basis the advantages and disadvantages.
