Located in the heart of hip neighborhood Williamsburg. 2 blocks to the L train 1 stop from Manhattan (10 minutes to Union square) and 2 blocks to the waterfront with city view
The apartment is two stories with a huge back yard, very rare for NY.
The apartment is two floors and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You have the whole house to yourself and the huge yard is private for you to enjoy (no big parties though!). The yard is unusually large for New York, I have a little herb garden, growing mint, dill, tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, berries, chives, you name it! All fresh in the back yard. The yard gets sun all day and has no high buildings around it. It's also very romantic when it snows in the yard in winter. The apartment is also VERY bright. Inside, it is tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and full closet and drawers empty for your use. It's very clean and tidy with lots of plants and sunshine.
Guests will have access to internet, available on a desktop computer in the bedroom. Apple TV (on big screen TV) and wifi also available. They have full access to the private yard and the bidet!
I will be available via email or phone and you will have an emergency person to contact who is in the city and can help with emergencies, plumbing issues etc.
The apartment is located 2 blocks from the Bedford L Train stop in Wiliamsburg. It is one subway stop (appx 4 mins) away from Manhattan. It's a 2 block walk to the waterfront where you can see breathtaking sights of Manhattan. The ferry station is right there too. There is a farmers market and a flea market two blocks from the apartment on the waterfront every weekend during the summer. It's also one block to the artist flea, which is where all the Brooklyn artists sell their creations. It's the perfect location as you will see!
L train is only two blocks away. the ferry to manhattan is also about two blocks from the apartment. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Manhattan.
This is a up and coming area. Population is very young and the bakeries and restaurants and bars around are wonderful. I will leave you a list of recommendations if you decide to stay here.
NO PARTIES! Respect the neighbors.
Do not leave chairs or tables spread out on the grass. Anything that sits on the grass for a long time without being moved will kill the grass underneath it.
Please do not leave the house with the air conditioning on.
Do not forget to lock the garden door at night.
