Mary and Larry were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcomed. Absolutely beautiful home, and her attention to detail as an AirBnB host was the best I’ve experienced. Felt really good to have a nice place to stay for the evening, and she was even nice enough to have a very gracious breakfast for us in the morning. Would absolutely recommend!!! Thanks again!!!

Mary is a gracious host! Her and Larry's home is clean and spacious. Mary considers the details of what guests need. There were extra toothpaste, earplugs for snoring, etc. and small squares of delicious chocolate in the rooms. There was also a lovely privacy screen between the bedroom and the living room. Mary is also knowledgeable about surrounding attractions such as bike trails and historic locations. Finally, the home is in a lovely spot. Mary was helpful in suggesting we check-in before dark because its possibly to get lost on the beautiful country roads.

Mary and Larry are friendly, wonderful hosts and have a quiet, beautiful home. They were both outgoing and accommodating. They are open to suggestions and made our stay perfect. Mary worked with my dietary restrictions and we marveled at how immaculately clean she kept her home. There were houseplants and/or fresh cut flowers in every room, which really made their home welcoming. Our rooms and beds were very comfortable and there were different pillows so we could find which worked best for us. Mary also left some small candies and a fresh pitcher of water with a glass in our rooms each day. She checked with us the night before to see when we'd want coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning, which we appreciated since we started our days early. She provided a simple, delicious breakfast and next time we will ask for grits! Their home is in a very quiet neighborhood with no street lights until you get close to their house, so it gets very dark at night. The roads are also a little narrow, are very hilly, and have a few twists and turns, which was fun for us, but for those unfamiliar with the area, simply take your time and be careful. Overall we loved our stay with Mary and Larry. They truly made us feel like we were part of their family and would recommend staying with them to anyone traveling to that beautiful corner of America.

Mary and Larry go out of their way to make sure that everything is just perfect for your visit. Their home is immaculate and they think of absolutely everything. Mary does a continental breakfast and is such a gracious host. We've stayed with them multiple times and every time it is just awesome. We feel like family! Highly recommended, but just not on the weekends we want to stay with them - LOL!

Mary and Larry were fantastic hosts! The Continental breakfast was delicious, their home is gorgeous, and the conversion engaging, though not at all intrusive. Make sure you take a look at her selection of handmade greeting cards before you leave! I found the perfect one for the couple that sat our kids while we were away.

Mary and Larry were simply fabulous! The house was truly like a 5-star hotel and the neighborhood was as good as it gets. If I go back to Johnson City, there is no way I am going to stay anywhere else.

The best Airbnb stay ever! Mary and Larry are SUPERHOSTS! My daughter and I felt like we were in a 5 star hotel!
