Full Kitchen includes granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, espresso/coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and eat meals.
Wet bar includes glassware, a blender, and all of the barware you need for bartending. Just bring your own liquor/mixers or shop at our local liquor store, Urban Wine + Liquor, just 3 blocks away (Free delivery with any $50 order).
Other amenities include a 40" flat screen television, full sized washer and dryer, HD Cable television, 10 Mbps wireless internet access, and a private covered balcony.
Our cleaning service makes sure that every stay is stocked with: Freshly cleaned linens for all beds and sleeping spaces; fresh towels, washcloths, make-up removing wipes, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and TP in the bathrooms; laundry detergent, and bleach for washing clothes; and whole coffee beans (grinder included), sugar, creamer, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen to make sure you have everything you need during your stay!
This unit is also equipped with a commercial tankless hot water heater for never-ending HOT showers!!
This condo comes with 1 private/gated parking space that can accommodate one car and a motorcycle/scooter. The entire complex is gated with controlled entry and video surveillance. The front door opens to an above view of the available community pool.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
We are a newly married couple living in Downtown Austin in our mid 20’s and early 30’s. We are both easygoing, and can accommodate most needs and most types of people. Ideally we would like to have people who, like us, are laid back and looking for a fun place to stay for their event or vacation.
