The apartment is on the top floor of the popular Puerto Estepona apartments. It has great views directly out to sea and a large roof top garden, which is equipped for relaxation in the sun. There are two swimming pools, communal landscaped gardens and easy secure parking (something, which is near impossible to find during peak season!) The flat comprises of a lounge/dining room with TV/Sky multichannel package Satellite, Radio/CD/Cassette and DVD player (with a selection of films). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. One of the most common remarks we get from guests is 'how well equipped the apartment is'. The balcony has table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. The twin bedroom has bathroom opposite whilst the double room is en-suite. The roof top garden is exclusive to the apartment. It is equipped with Sun loungers, a variety of plants, shower, dining area and gas barbeque. It even has a children paddling pool available!

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
