In the centre of Budapest next to River Danube and the Parliament i offer a little, but cozy apartment for 1-3 people with picturesque view to River Danube and the Castle. The place is close to main tourist sites and to party places in a very safe environment.
The apartment is 30 m2, separated into a big room and small one, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and a hallway. The flat has windows to River Danube and to the Castle.
The flat was redesigned in July 2016.
The place is suitable for 1-3 people. There is a very comfortable sofa for two people (160x200 cm), which can function as a bed or a sofa as well. And one single bed at the smaller room.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, micro, electric cooking plate, caffe and tea maker, all cooking stuff.
The apartment has been renewed in the beginning of 2014, and equipped with new furnitures, and is open from July 2014.
The apartment is on the 7rd floor, but there is elevator in the building.

Enjoy your stay in Budapest, it's a lovely city!
In my price the local tourist tax is included, so i wont charge you any more, but i have to register every guest.
Every month i have to send a disclosure to the municipality, but only with the number of people and nights. And in the meantime i need to write a register about my guest, because if i get a tax investigation i need to have this to prove i sent good figures in the disclosure.
So the datas will only go to my register nowhere else (of course if i get an investigation the hungarian tax authority can check it).
The datas that will need from every guest:
Date and place of birth
Number of passport or ID
Im not a company so i dont like to limit my guest. There are some basic rules, but the main one is to feel yourself at home:
Smoking is allowed only outside of the building.
No party at the flat.
No loud sounds after 10pm and respect the neighbours.
Friends since the age of 10, we have also joined forces to ensure that you make the most of your stay in Budapest!
Aron has been hosting guests at his own apartment through Airbnb since 2013, and starting from 2014, he has also been managing other apartments as well. Eva joined him in 2015, and they have since been working on ways to make guests' trips to Budapest unforgettable.
We were both born and raised in Budapest and know the city like the back of our hands. We love welcoming travellers and showing them what this beautiful place has to offer. We do our best to welcome all guests in person or send a friend when neither of us can make it to make sure you are in good hands. We are happy to answer all your questions and give you recommendations on where to go and what to see!
On a more personal note, Aron loves sports, especially hockey and badminton, and tries to live an active life, also using his bike as everyday transport in the city. The most important thing in his life is his little daughter, who was born in June 2015 and have since been keeping them busy and giving them a life full of joy.
Eva's personal interests include community building and volunteering, and she hopes to help making this world a better place through education and charity work. She also translates and organises community events, and is admittedly an Anglophile and very fond of Shakespeare. She also sings in a band along with her dad!
We both love travelling and meeting new people, and we believe that Airbnb grants a unique opportunity to do both.
So that's our story. What's yours?
