You shall be only staying with the owner couple.
Cleanliness to be maintained at all times.
No cooking and consuming of food in the apartment to avoid smell.
No loud music or parties
Headphones to be used for audible devices.
No early check in or late checkout as per the booking policy.

Move in & out:
Walls are freshly painted, so please be careful and don't scratch the wall with your bag.
$300 fine if you lose the house key.
