This is one of our nicest holiday apartments and we highly recommend it for your holiday in the port of Estepona. It is clean, comfortable and well furnished. The lounge has two new cream leather sofas and English Sky TV. From the terrace there are fantastic views out to sea across the popular beach of Playa del Cristo. The master bedroom has has a full en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a seperate bathroom with shower. The views of Africa and gibraltar from the balcony are stunning. The kitchen is also well equipped and has all mod-cons, including a dishwasher. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there are lifts to all floors including the garage. There is also a secure parking space available for use. There is a good communal pool towards the entrance of the port. From here you have direct access to the beach via a private gate. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the port. This allows you all the benefits of the port without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
You have access to the private two bed apartment with the two communal swimming pools, a parking space in the garage and a key to get down directly on the the beach access

Bedroom Features: One double and one twin room. Both well appointed, clean and comfortable. Beds are made up with fluffy cushions and good quality linen.
Bathroom Features: One bathroom is en-suite whilst the other is accessed also from the lounge and has a separate walk in shower rather than a bath with a shower.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
