Stay at our spacious oceanfront home with private pool and spa in the exclusive gated community of Mision Viejo. Safe and secure with guards 24/7/365. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Sleeps up to 16. At the owners discretion other services may be offered (at the guests expense) such as tours of Valle de Guadalupe with Wine Tours Baja, personal chef, mobile spa services (massages at the property), ATV rentals at Cantamar dunes (1 mile from the house) and much more!!!

Enjoy your stay in this completely remodeled oceanfront property with a heated pool and spa. The home is located in a gated community called Mision Viejo which is patrolled by security guards 24/7/365. Security surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of the property. Conveniently located approximately two miles south of Puerto Nuevo and five miles north of La Fonda you are centrally located for day trips to Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe (Mexico's version of Napa Valley). Downtown Rosarito is approximately 15 minutes north of the property. Cantamar sand dunes are less than one mile away if you are interested in renting ATV's.
This completely remodeled home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed and a day bed (Two twin mattresses), its own bathroom and sliding doors out to the pool deck which has 180 degree ocean views. The second master bedroom also has a king bed, small futon bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom (maid's quarters) has twin bunk beds and its own bathroom and shower. There are also four small cots available that would be most suitable for kids. SLEEPING CAPACITY: 16 PEOPLE. Exceeding the amount of people agreed to and specified in the rental agreement will result in a deduction of the security deposit that is returned to the guest. Furthermore, exceeding the total amount allowed to stay at the property will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental, will be asked to immediately vacate the property and you will forfeit the total amount of your security deposit held my AirBnb and the Host. (See House Rules).

The totally remodeled kitchen has custom granite counter tops and cabinets along with Viking appliances and all the cookware you would ever need for preparing your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience and a barbecue grill is located just outside the living room area. The living room has ocean views a plush leather reclining couch and dining area that accommodates eight people.
On the home entertainment front this house has it all! Flat screen TV's in the living room and every bedroom. DirecTV (Living room only), high speed internet access, Netflix, and a Bluetooth enabled audio system.
We have an English speaking property manager that lives in our community to assist you should some unexpected issues arise with the property. Our property manager provides additional services that can be arranged at your expense such as personal chef, housekeeper, drivers, translator and spa services (at the house) that include massage therapy, manicures, pedicures, facials etc… PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME PRICING FOR THESE SERVICES PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION. You will receive the property managers contact info after booking the property and can communicate directly with him. The property manager, the cook and the housekeeper are all very nice people and easy to work with. No one has ever turned down their service because of price and I have never gotten any complaints about the services that are offered.
And best of all ... walk down to the beach and surf at your leisure.
Single night rentals: Single night rentals will be approved during week nights and possibly on weekends if requested within 5 days of the requested arrival date.
The property has a keyless entry system. Twenty hours prior to your arrival date you will receive an email with the PIN codes to access the property.

Comforters, sheets and pillows are provided for all guests. NOTE: As a general practice, reservation requests on WEEKENDS will only be accepted for 2-3 night stays or longer. I will make exceptions from time to time depending on availability or the number of guests in the reservation party.

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN PLAYAS DE ROSARITO, MEXICO. IT IS NOT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Guest will have access to all the amenities offered on the property with the exception of items located in the "owners closet" which is located in the second master bedroom. Unauthorized access of the "owners closet" in the middle bedroom will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit and you will be responsible for any additional cost for items that were removed.

We have a bi-lingual speaking property manager that works in the same community as our property. He can assist guests with an unforeseeable issues that may arise on the property.

Cost of propane is an additional expense for our guests. It is billed at a rate of $35 for every 10% used. If you plan on heating the pool please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Expect the cost to be at least $100 per day December-March 1st (10 hours to heat) and $30-$50 a day March-December. Guests should monitor their propane use regularly by checking the gas gauge. It is the responsibility of the guest to check propane level upon arrival and departure. IF YOU PLAN ON HEATING THE POOL YOU MUST BRING CASH TO PAY THE PROPANE COMPANY TO FILL THE TANK. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. YOU CANNOT APPLY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FUNDS TOWARDS PROPANE. There is a $40 fee per night/person for any guests over ten people. You and your guests will be counted by the security guard when you arrive into the community. There is a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise. Quiet Hours are from 9pm-10am. You must have prior written approval by the Host in order to have visitors to the property. Failure to provide notice will be grounds for immediate termination of your property rental and you will be asked to leave the property. You will also forfeit all security deposit funds held by Airbnb or the Host.

PETS MAY BE ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. THERE IS A $200 NON REFUNDABLE FEE.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE BEFORE YOU ARE GIVEN THE CODES TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE AGREEMENT WILL RESULT ON A COMPLETE FORFEITURE OF ANY FEES PAID AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY.

VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRECTION OF THE HOST AND THE SECURITY GUARDS AT MISION VIEJO AND WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF PROPERTY RENTAL AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL RENTAL FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT HELD BY AIRBNB.
PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS OF PEOPLE ARE STRICLTY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY. YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE HOST IN ORDER TO HAVE VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. FAILURE TO PROVIDE NOTICE WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR PROPERTY RENTAL AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. YOU SHALL DISPOSE OF ALL WASTE MATERIAL GENERATED DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD IN A LAWFUL MANNER AND PUT THE TRASH IN THE BINS NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF MISION VIEJO (NEXT TO THE GUARD HOUSE) PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $50 DEDUCTION FROM GUESTS SECURITY DEPOSIT.
THERE SHALL BE NO SMOKING OR USE OF ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES OR VAPORIZERS INSIDE THE PREMISES. SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE THE HOME. ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS MUST BE PICKED UP AND DISPOSED OF PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN A $200 DEDUCTION OF GUESTS SECURITY DEPOSIT.
YOU AGREE NOT TO ACCESS THE “OWNER’S CLOSET”, EVEN IF UNLOCKED, WHICH CONTAINS CLEANING SUPPLIES AND CHEMICALS THAT COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS. THE OWNER’S CLOSET IS ADJACENT TO THE KITCHEN AREA. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE ALL SECURITY DEPOSIT FUNDS HELD BY AIRBNB OR THE HOST.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED TO MONITOR THE OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY. TAMPERING OR UNPLUGGING THE CAMERA THAT FACES THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME WILL RESULT IN A $100 DEDUCTION OF FROM YOU SECURITY DEPOSIT. FAILURE TO LEAVE THE CAMERA THAT FACES THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY PLUGGED IN UPON YOUR DEPARTURE WILL RESULT IN A $100 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
YOU CAN CHECK IN ANY TIME AFTER 4 PM ON THE DAY OF THEIR ARRIVAL. CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. CHECKING IN/OUT BEFORE OR AFTER THE TIMES LISTED ABOVE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY HOST OR PROPERTY MANAGER.
YOU WILL NOT ENTER THE NEIGHBOR’S PROPERTIES FOR ANY REASON UNLESS GRANTED ACCESS BY THE OWNERS. GUESTS WILL NOT DISPOSE OF ANY TRASH ON SURROUNDING PROPERTIES AND WILL NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH IN ANY OF THE COMMON AREAS OF MISION VIEJO. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A $200 DEDUCTION FROM GUESTS SECURITY DEPOSIT.
YOU WILL NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAY IN WITHIN MISION VIEJO. GUESTS WILL NOT PARK THEIR VEHICLES ON ANY CURB OR SIDEWALK WITH MISION VIEJO. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A $200 DEDUCTION FROM GUESTS SECURITY DEPOSIT.
CHECKING OUT
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING TASKS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE:
- TRASH HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER NEAR THE GUARD HOUSE ON THE RIGHT SIDE AS YOU EXIT MISION VIEJO. SECURITY DEPOSIT DEDUCTION COST $50.
- LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS.
- CHECK THE PROPANE GAUGE TO ESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF PROPANE THAT WAS USED.
- TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS, TELEVISIONS OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES EXCEPT THE COMPUTER.
- RETURN ALL PATIO FURNITURE TO THE PLACES THEY WERE WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
- MAKE SURE THAT POOL AND SPA LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF. DO NOT TURN THE SPA OFF.
- COVER THE SPA.
- DO NOT MAKE BEDS IF THEY HAVE BEEN USED. LEAVE ALL USED COMFORTERS “OUT” IF USED.
- MAKE SURE CAR PORT PADLOCK IS LOCKED.

Casa Blanca was by far the coolest place I have stayed in my 15+ trips to Baja. The view was incredible, the house clean, spacious and well constructed, and the location was great. I hope to be back soon!

Casa Blanca was a perfect home for our yearly family vacation. We have a big immediate family with several kids ranging from 1-15 years old, so having a large beautiful they could enjoy was a must. The oceanfront fire pit was the cherry on top. The house is large and clean, with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. If safety is your concern, we felt extremely safe in the gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Great location for a big group- very comfortable and clean. We had a lot of peaceful moments and felt like we were the only family in the entire community. The chef preparing food for the family is the best way to go- her food is delicious and she makes extra that can be left overs for the next day. Her food was way better than any food we got at the restaurants. Bring cash to pay for the propane tank to be filled if you want to keep the pool heated during your stay!!! We were there for 5 days and turned the propane off at night and still ended up paying nearly $250 in addition to the normal cost of renting the property. Even with that considered, we would probably go back and stay again.

Whenever I have maintained the heated pool temperature at this time of the year the cost was in $0- $15 range per day range. Propane cost for heating the pool, which is completely under the guest's control, depends on the outdoor temperature, the desired water temperature, and whether the SOLAR POOL COVER was used. Casa Blanca differs from most other properties in in that there is no cost to heat the spa.
