This is a private apartment with access to all the building features like pool spa and gym and sauna. . We ensure our apartments are cleaned and vacuumed by commercial cleaners between each and every guest, perhaps 3 or 4 times per week. We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks Ling Clan, translated, We are here to spend a pleasant 5 nights , is very suitable place between 3 to 4 -person household living ; the room and we like to see in the picture , there is not much of a gap, so good !

A very good central location - right across the street from Hyde Park, with many tourist attractions and office tours within walking distance. Pete and Rupesh are very responsive and accommodating. Since the apartment wasn't occupied the night before, they allowed us to check in earlier, which was super-helpful, because we were able to put our bags and start exploring the town early in the day. When we messaged them that cleaners forgot to provide shampoo and toiletries, they dispatched someone within the same day. The apartment is a bit smaller than we imagined based on pictures, but still the four of us fit well. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated, but clean. The apartment overlooks a street that is quite noisy, especially for us, suburbians. For anyone coming from an urban environment this may not be an issue of course :) Overall, good value for the money and definitely worth staying if you need a value accommodation in the center of Sydney.

Without deflecting the guests claims, I would say that College Street is one of the quietest streets in central Sydney. Oxford street is a bit louder, but in general, most of the traffic has passed by 8pm, Thank you .

Great experince, the room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

I stayed on weekend that was noisy outside. because it' central of city. I think noisy only weekend. but it was not matter so much for me.
