This furnished apartment is very spacious and full of natural light. It is within walking distance to the City, Darling Harbour, The Rocks and close to all conveniences, transport, shops and city landmarks.
The apartment includes a Queen sized bed, Built in wardrobes, convertible double sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests, full linen and toweling and a fully self contained kitchen, as well as a large balcony.
Free WiFi, Flat screen digital TV, fully functioning kitchen with all utensils glassware and crockery included. There are full commercial grade laundry facilities on the Mezzanine level. Ironing facilities are within the apartment.
24 hour concierge, rooftop heated pool, gym and sauna with excellent harbor & city views, and there is a fully licensed restaurant on the ground floor. Excellent views from the apartment. The location is also very close to the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras parade starting point. Security, Views, Built-In Wardrobes, Furnished, Close to Public Transport and plenty of taxis, Air Conditioning, Elevators.

If you feel that you are not comfortable to give us a positive review due to some problem in the apartment then you must contact us and allow us to address the problem and make your stay comfortable. You must allow us to address issues as soon as they arise. Where there is a problem you must allow us access to address that problem.
The apartment is a “street-shoes off” space. Please remove your shoes on entry and for your personal comfort we would like you to use the complimentary hotel slippers we provide.
Sauna Gym & Swimming in the Rooftop pool is between 6am and 10pm daily. Plastic only drinking cups in the pool area (no glass please)
Each level of the building is secure and your two security fobs give lift access to your apartment floor, rooftop, mezzanine level laundry facilities, and after-hours foyer entry if the concierge is away from his desk. Cost of lost fobs is $150 per fob.
Keep apartment fresh. Place perishable garbage down the garbage chute located on each floor before sleeping. Don’t store garbage inside overnight.
Please report any breakages or damages in the apartment as soon as possible as we do not want to inconvenience our next guests. Where we are not notified of damages, extra fees will apply.
This is a commercial contract and the normal rules and regulations of New South Wales & Australia apply, including that you need to give us access to the apartment if we require.
We can request and effect early vacation of the apartment and refund unused nights. A $100 relisting fee can apply.
