We stayed in Timur's apartment in September 2014 for three nights. The place is really big (there was just two of us), and the view is spectacular.
Like some people have mentioned, it is situation atop a hill, so if you have lots of luggage, it is quite steep.
The pull-out couch is not very comfortable, but the double bed in one of the bedrooms is, and I slept like a rock.
The communication with Timur was a little slow, I found, and he was offline for a few days at a time, which I thought was odd because as a host, I would expect him to answer my questions/concerns relatively quickly. That being said, when he did respond, he took care of our issues (missing batteries in the remote and not enough toilet paper).
As well, there was no satellite TV when we got there, and after inquiring three (3) times, he finally sent the neighbour to explain to us (in Bosnian, which would have been problematic for me, but my partner speaks a little) that the satellite is broken and that we are on a long waiting list. So, we didn't have television while we were there.
That being said, I would definitely stay there again. Bring your own toiletries as there are none, and coffee/tea to start off your mornings.
