This building has a 24-hour security.
Guest access cards will be issued upon check-in. This card will enable you to enter the apartment as well as gain access to the Sky Deck and Sky Club. The apartment has its own private lift lobby.
Please ensure that you keep this properly. Replacement of the private lift card will cost RM160 each. The car transponder card will cost RM200 each.
A "Meet & Greet" session will be arranged for key handover and familiarization of the property during your check-in.

Like all residential apartments, I would appreciate if you can keep noise to a minimum after 10p.m.
Strictly no smoking nor pets allowed in the apartment, please.
As I am not charging a cleaning fee, I would greatly appreciate if you can minimize the work that needs to be done after you check-out. Please ensure that all rubbish is thrown into the bins provided and that all used crockeries be washed and kept back in its place. All cleaning amenities are provided. If there are any breakages, please advise me and not put it back into the cupboard (for safety reasons).
Please note that all the items provided (with the exception of the perishable stuff) should remain within the apartment upon check-out.
For your convenience, instructions for all household appliances have been provided.
Please ensure that all doors are securely locked when you leave the apartment.
