Master bedroom has private attached bathroom, walk in closet and king bed. Bedroom two has queen bed. Third bedroom has trundle day bed which converts to two twin beds. Minutes walking to downtown, restaurants and beach!
Large "owner's" unit in 4 unit building in quiet neighborhood with shopping, dining, beach, and clubs all within 1/2 mile. Spacious master bdrm with newly remodeled bath and 40" smart tv. Lovely large kitchen and snack bar. Great room with 46" smart tv, loaded with premium movie stations.
Entire apartment is open to guests during their stay. Guests have two driveway parking spaces reserved for their vehicles so no need to worry about street parking! There is a garage attached to the unit. We do have some of our supplies for the rental unit stored in this garage so please consider this area to be a shared space between the host and guest. There is space for a small car to park in this garage. There are some beach chairs and other beach equipment located in the garage which is available for guest use. There is also one beach cruiser in the garage available for guest use.
Cody is the on site building manager and is available by appointment for the miscellaneous maintenance tasks. If there is something you need right away please try calling Sara or Robin if Cody isn't available.
There is a coin operated laundry room on site. $1.25 for wash, and $1.00 for dry.
A major mess, such as excessive garbage, excessive staining, or damages to the furnishings will result in additional charges.
Building quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.
