Situated in Broughton Road close to Canonmills this modern one bedroom flat is beautifully presented and in a convenient location for enjoying Edinburgh and its festivals. It is about 25 minutes walk from Princes Street and close to several bus services. Private parking is included for one vehicle which is a considerable daily saving.
The flat is on the top floor (3rd) quietly situated to the rear of a small block of 18 flats with access to communal gardens and carpark. The kitchen, livingroom and bedroom have all beautiful views over Powederhall and the local bowling green.
Kitchen - fully equipped with fridge/freezer, espresso coffee machine, washing machine, and cooker/microwave. All cooking basics supplied.
Bedroom - comfortable double bed with storage in side drawers and wardrobe.
Living room - rouble dining table with 4 designer chairs, 3 seater sofa bed and television.
Bathroom - shower over bath. Essentials provided :-).
The flat has an easy access self check-in facility which will allow you to arrive at your own time from 16:00 onwards on check in day.

If you want to have a nice stay you must follow the following reasonable rules: please respect the neighbours and be quiet after 21h. It is not allowed to smoke in the flat. Respect the flat and communal areas as if were yours. Everything broken must be fixed before leaving (or pay the costs). You must close the windows before leaving the flat, to avoid any water damage. The checking out time is at 11:00 a.m. ( just with some exceptions we can arrange other time).
