LOCATION
The apartment is positioned in a beautiful building in Pentonville Road.
King's Cross Apartment is located within 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus from King's Cross station which is the third-busiest station on the system after Waterloo and Victoria, and serves more lines than any other (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line, Northern line, Piccadilly line and Victoria line) . It is in Travelcard Zone 1. It also has 12 major bus routes taking you all over the capital. Only 3 minutes walking from Angel Station ( Northern Line) and a bit more from the vibrant Upper street full of shops, restaurants and cafes, Almeida Theatre, Business Design Centre.
Within easy walking distance you can also enjoy London's Canal Museum, the British Library, the stunning architecture of St Pancras, the shopping and culinary delights of Islington. A pleasant walk along the canal will take you to the famous Camden Market.


TRANSPORT
Transport is absolutely (website hidden).Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 10-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.
The centre is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there.

This flat is managed by professional landlords and professional support team providing constant maintenance and outstanding customer care, attentive and always available, enhancing your holiday or stay. The landlord can speak English, Italian, Swedish and Spanish with you.
We can be flexible with the check in/check out times according to the previous or next bookings.
We don't charge any extra or hidden fees, so the price given on this website is the total price (plus any fees the website may charge). This price is inclusive of all services in the apartment, even checkout cleaning. There is nothing else to pay, for up to 4 guests the price remains the same.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

There are others who share the building with you who maintain normal working hours. Please have consideration for neighbours, quiet hours are between (phone number hidden). You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay.

You benefit from use (email hidden) mobile/cell phone. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you are to top up balance to make calls. You can buy vouchers at most convenience stores. We have always provided this service without any problems to date, but please note that the use of the courtesy mobile phone is subject to availability, and there is no 100% guarantee.

Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water taps, as well as the lights in the apartment and its facilities, and to shut the door as they leave.
Please leave all the used towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, etc. all together in the living room.
Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings, we don't charge for the cleaning unless the time needed to clean the flat overcomes the standard time.
Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.

Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.

Lost keys: guests will be given 2 sets of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding themselves locked out or lose keys, we apply a charge of £50 for callout, during business hours 9-5, and £100 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out.

DISCLAIMER:
We cannot be held responsible (and therefore no refund is payable) for any failure or interruption of services to the flat, including electricity, internet connection, plumbing, equipment and water, or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
We have no strict responsibility for property, money, valuables, jewellery etc., which you leave in the flat. So please keep all valuables with you when going out.

MEETING POINT OUTSIDE 'THE LEXINGTON' PUB right in the corner between Pentonville Road and Penton Street, if you arrive earlier enjoy a drink in one of Islington's finest new music venues and lounge bars.

CHECK OUT:
Standard check out is before 10am unless different agreement at the time of the booking.
Please leave all the used towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, etc. all together in the living room.
Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (2 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, cleaning of the oven, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour.
Please dispose of the GARBAGE before leaving, There's a daily garbage collection, please leave the bags with garbage well tied in front of the street entrance next to the black pole. Spare bin bags can be found under the sink in the kitchen.
Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water taps, as well as the lights in the apartment and its facilities, and to pull the door as they leave. Please leave the keys on the table and ensure to pull properly the door, also the building entrance.

There are a number of DVD’s, books, travel adaptors, hair dryer and other such items in the apartment for you to enjoy during your stay, please ensure that they are respected and maintained so that other visitors after your stay may also enjoy them in the same manner you have.

Please don't bring/eat any food or drink in the bedroom and on the sofa bed as we strive to keep the standard of furnitures high at all times and also to avoid accidental damages such as stains on the bed linen or carpet.
Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.

The place was fine - nothing huge or super fancy, but we expected that given the attractive price point for the convenient location. Checking in was easy, so no complaints on logistics. We were in London during rare hot weather, and it was tricky without air conditioning because the unit is on the ground floor and opening the windows let in a lot of noise to the room with the extra bed... but, AC in London seems pretty rare, so no big deal. We just took some extra cold showers! The internet connection was far better than I typically expect during vacation. The one provided thing which didn't work too well was the TV - the antenna only worked if we were all sitting in the exact right spot, heh. That wasn't too important to us anyway.

L'appartement est très propre, bien décoré et pratique, comme sur les photos. Il est bien situé pour visiter: 10-15 min à pied de la gare d'Eurostar et métro St Pancras et 5 min du métro Angel, plusieurs lignes de bus au coin de la rue. Les personnes qui dorment sur le canapé lit du salon peuvent être dérangés par la circulation car c'est un rez-de -chaussée. L'activité du Pub à côté est calme en semaine. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Londres. Merci à Francesco de nous avoir accueilli à notre arrivée tardive.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima anche perché il nostro volo ha subito un ritardo importante, ma non c'è stato nessun problema ne di comunicazione di orari. L'appartamento è accogliente, comodo, pulito e spazioso, cosi come lo si vede nelle foto. La zona in cui si trova è strategica: vicino a 2 stazioni metro con le quali raggiungi facilmente le zone centrali, molto calma specialmente nel weekend, ci sono molti locali in zona e molti mercatini sia durante la settimana che nel week end.

Vi blev välkomnade av Ieva som hjälper dem att visa runt. Hon var vänlig och tillmötesgående. Bostaden är till största del som bilderna visar (upplevs som större på bilderna än vad det är i verkligheten). Rent och till största delen fräscht. Bra läge 10 min promenad till Angel t-bana. Det som inte står är att lägenheten ligger på gatuplan mot en väldigt trafikerad gata och som dessutom har en pub alldeles i närheten. Att sova i bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet är mycket svårt pga det höga ljudet från trafiken (plus att den är stenhård). Jag sov knappt en blund första natten. Vi fick köpa öronproppar för ljudet och ansiktsmasker för att stänga ute ljuset. Hade vi vetat innan hade vi inte valt denna bostad. Fönstret som man ser bakom bäddsoffan är mot gatan och man kan inte se ut genom det eftersom det är igenklistrat på något sätt. Det hänger halvtrasiga persienner framför som inte går att "dra ihop" så att det blir mörkt. Det riktiga sovrummet är betydligt tystare. TV antennen fungerar inte riktigt som den ska. Vi blev informerade om att den kan störas av mobilsignaler. Men även om vi la mobilerna i det andra rummet så var bilden hackig och det var ingen idé att
