Our House is on the Hill Top in a Luxurious, Prestigious, Up-Market Area of Kuranda. 5 Minutes drive to the Village and large Food store. 30 Minutes drive to Cairns and 45 Minutes to Port Douglas. Between Cairns and Port Douglas you will find our amazing Queensland beaches where you can relax, swim or walk for hours on the beach.
Or enjoy swimming in the Waterholes 10 Minutes drive from our Property to the National Parks ( Davis Creeks).
We will welcome our Guests by arrival and introducing our House to our Guests.
Otherwise we do not interact with our Guest during their stay, but if they need us, we are only 10 minutes away from our Property.

$700.00 security bond is due in cash (AUD) upon arrival.
$700.00 will be refunded when key is returned and if the House is in clean and tidy condition.
RETURN OF KEYS
Please do not lose these keys. You will be charged $200.00 for each set to be replaced.
STRICTLY No eating or drinking including chocolates/lollies/crisps in bedrooms. Ample wardrobe space is provided and guests are asked to store their belongings in the wardrobe/drawers to avoid damaging walls.

Check out is at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise negotiated.
Check in normally takes place at 2pm or after on arrival day, although by prior arrangement you can usually arrive and leave your luggage at the House after 11:00 a.m., whilst the cleaning cycle is being finished. If you need early check in you will need to book the night prior to ensure the House is available.
Keys are provided by myself Peter and Irene (or a person on my behalf) by meeting you at the House at a pre- arranged time.
Cash deposit of $700.00 due at the arrival. We will shown you around the House and will answer all you ask questions at this time. We will let you know how to access the building, area, parking in front of the House or garage, and also show you where the linens/towels are kept plus more.
Included. Please be courteous with your usage. Please note that this is a very large House and lights are expensive, so please turn off lights whenever possible to conserve energy.
Included – yes Water is paid. Australia have an extreme water shortage. We pay per litre for water. Please be respectful of myself and the environment and keep showers to a reasonable length and one per day per person
No smoking in the House. No Pets. Inside the house, no street shoes allowed.
The floor is a beautiful timber floor covered with many expensive rugs. We expect from our visitors that they take care and keep the whole house clean.
We are living over 25 years in Kuranda, Qld Australia.
Kuranda is a wonderful area and cool in Summer. Our property is luxury, beautiful with a view of 360 degree. Listen to the birds and watch over the Rain forest into the Hills. Sunset is a dream to watch in the evening after 5 pm.
